The best thing about working at Atech is the support I receive from my manager, whether it is work related or personal. I also have a very clear personal development plan which my manager supports and helps me to achieve my goals.
I enjoy working at Atech, being a part of the onsite team I get the freedom to effectively be my own boss. A lot of responsibility is given to me when onsite which empowers me to do my best. Once I started to work for Atech it felt right and it felt like a family.
